This signature was obtained by Claire Sinclair on 5/6/2011 during a ceremony at The Palms Resort in Las Vegas where she was officially named Playboy Magazine's 2011 Playmate Of The Year. "You're the Playmate of the Year now Dear, I should be asking for YOUR autograph!", Hefner said.
