This U.S. Department of Commerce Patent Document was filed by Beatles manager, Brian Epstein’s Nems Enterprises - 1964-1965 - to trademark “The Beatles” in the United States, & boldly signed by all 4 Beatles including: John Lennon, George Harrison, Paul McCartney, & Richard “Ringo Starr” Starkey.

The follow up document refers to the “Beatles U.S.A.” Company - Created with The First Trademark Document - dated April, 1966 & signed boldly by Brian Epstein, and Walter Hofer, who was hired by Epstein, & played an important roll in helping The Beatles break in America. Hofer negotiated many of their U.S. Promotions including The Beatles iconic appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show.
