This lot consists of 3 separate letters signed by each member of the Apollo 11 crew. A 1969 letter from Neil Armstrong referring to the Apollo 11 flight, a 1975 letter signed by Michael Collins discussing UFOs, and a 3rd is signed by Buzz Aldrin & includes a piece of kapton foil used for the safe reentry on the Apollo 11 command module. Comes complete with a custom frame & PSA/DNA Letter of Authenticity.

Apollo 11 was the spaceflight that landed the first two humans, who were Americans on the Moon. Mission commander Neil Armstrong and pilot Buzz Aldrin landed the lunar module on July 20, 1969. Michael Collins stayed in orbit around the Moon while Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin left in the Lunar Module to make the first manned landing on its surface.
