This agreement between Erin Moran & the producers of the television show "Happy Days" is dated February 26, 1982, and pertains to her being guaranteed equal provisions with her co-star Scott Baio on that show, and the proposed spinoff  show "Joanie & Chachi." Later, the spin off show was picked up by ABC television & would air with the name "Joanie Loves Chachi." This incredible piece of televison history was signed boldly in blank ink pen. Comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
