John F. Kennedy Signed Inauguration Day First Day Cover & Bio Card in PSA DNA Encapsulation - Notated 1 of 1! This incredible piece of U.S. history is an Inauguration Day first day cover signed by the 35th President of the United States, John F. Kennedy. The cover has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA, along with the biography card which would have been housed inside the envelope. The envelope is signed by the President in black ink in the lower right-hand corner. Although these first day covers are fairly common in today's market, it is nearly impossible to find a hand signed and certified specimen such as this.
This lot also includes an Original November 22nd, 1963 "Texas Welcome Dinner" ticket was for the evening event in Austin honoring President John F. Kennedy’s visit. Unfortunately, this dinner would be canceled due to the assassination of President Kennedy earlier in the day. This ticket has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA & graded as a PSA 8 (NM-MT).
Interestingly, this incredible lot includes a document signed from his first day as President, & a ticket from what would be his last day as President. Both items are PSA authenticated & encapsulated.
