Autographs from Segar are extremely rare, and original art work featuring his greatest creation "Popeye" are even more scarce due to the fact that he died in 1938 at the young age of 43. Although, several cartoonist have taken over the torch from Segar to continue creating "Popeye" comics and cartoons, E. C. Segar was the original creator and father of one of the most famous cartoon characters of all times - "Popeye." Comes complete authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
