This 7-page document is signed boldly by Captain Smith of the doomed super ship "Titanic." This piece was signed on October 30th, 1886, is one of the earliest known documents by Captain Smith to surface, and includes his extremely rare full name signature "Edward John Smith." This document pertains to a loan granted to him and his mother to buy property on which they later built their home where he resided between his assignments at sea until he went down to his death on the much hyped "unsinkable Titanic" on its maiden voyage on April 10th, 1912. Also includes an original receipt to Captain Smith for work done on this home dated October 28th, 1895. Comes complete with a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
