This Original One-Page "Ed Sullivan Show" CBS Cue Sheet was signed the reverse by all 4 members of The Beatles on August 14th, 1965 while filming their Historical final appearance on the show, which was broadcast on the Sunday evening of September 12th, 1965.

The Beatles sang 6 songs on the show including Paul McCartney's first solo "Yesterday" and the title song to their new film "Help!"

These Signatures of the entire band were obtained in person - on the set of that Iconic Show at CBS-TV's Studio in New York - by the show's Lighting Director for his two Beatles fan Children.
